I had been looking for an apartment in Easthampton/Northampton for a while. You would not believe the overpriced dumps I was considering before I found Autumn Properties. They showed me a bunch of different apartments around town. There was quite a variety - some brand new, modern apartments, others smaller and older, obviously different prices. You get what you pay for. I had a hard time choosing between the two I liked best. I'm really happy with my choice. It was one of the more expensive ones but it is so nice. I haven't had to request any maintenance, probably because everything is so new. My only complaint is that the parking lot is small and I have to share it with business customers and the business owners on the ground floor. I never should have rented from here. Windows are leaky, doors are of poor quality, floors are extremely ugly and outdated, carpets have probably never been shampooed, and the neighbors are absolute loons. My fridge started pooping out not even a month after moving in.
