If there was a rating lower than this, I would use it. Purchased a discount certificate cut for this salon and added a partial highlight. After destroying both the color and the cut, they charged me an additional $140.00. One of those $15 stop in with the kids places would have done a better job. The "painted" highlights were blobed on with no care and the cut is so poorly done that I've made arrangments with another salon to try and correct both. DO NOT GO HERE.
