Do not use this towing company. They were dropping a car off at my neighbor’s house at 1:00am. The driver faced his truck at my house with all his lights on waking up my entire house (3 small kids on a school night). He then sat and talked to my neighbor for a while before moving his truck. Neither of them had the courtesy to shut the headlights off that were shining into my house. When the driver pulled off he pulled over my lawn ripping it up. I called dispatch right away and she said she would have to owner Mike call me in the morning. He never called so I called back and she said he was not there but would have him call me. Today is one week later and he still has not called. I sent an email and received a response saying “what lawn? Mike”. I explained it all in a second email, and received a reply today saying my driver did nothing to your lawn stop harassing us or we will call the police. This was from the owner Mike.
