This company sucks! They will give you a not-so-better rate ($600/year) then after few days will bump up your premium to $800+ (due to misquote). If you cancel it, you will be forced to pay cancellation and cost you a "pro-rated" rate based on the rate you never agreed upon. It's probably agent's mishandling but I tried to negotiate this matter with them but fell on deaf ear. I can't believe this company will stoop down for small possible amount just to rip you off.

If you want progressive, go directly to progressive. I got a better deal by calling PROGRESSIVE after cancelling my insurance with this shady Leslie Kay (Progressive offered me $550/year). Save yourself from trouble, why go thru this agent if you can go directly to progressive and get a better deal?
