They refused to honor the "Buy ANY cone, get one free" because we did not buy a soft serve cone (picuted) but they honored the ANY sunday coupon even though my husband got a different sunday that was pictured on the coupon. I was very disappointed. I know I have used the coupon there before for the chocolate dipped cones with scoops of ice cream. We take take our business to the new Blizzard Beach next time. If a coupon says ANY cone, it should mean ANY cone. Otherwise, they should indicate "softserve only" on the coupon. I wondered if I wanted to buy a cake with the $3 off coupon, would the guy behind the counter not honor it becuase I did not buy the cake that was pictured on the coupon. I called customer service and filed a complaint. I hope others do too.
