"Scooter" is the most unprofessional person I've ever seen. He told my brother $200 on a Sporttrack door, then when he went to pick it up, the price changed to $750. Several months later, my brother is in a bind for a transmission for his wife's rig and uses the truck for bartering. "Scooter" knows he's in a bind so tells him he'll do an even swap for the Sportrack. Trade value of tranny was $650 and had to deliver the truck, as well. When confronted about it, he threatens me, telling me he's going to punch me and throwing his finger in my face. REALLY??? Dependable, Honest Shop. I wish I would have found them years ago when I moved here. Not trying to scam you like some other shops in the area...they went above and beyond to fix my vehicle issues and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I also liked that Chris took the time to explain things to me, without assuming that since I am a female that I would'nt understand. It angers me that most shops will treat a woman like they are cluless, and he did not. The staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with went above and beyond my customer service expectations.
