Went in for two quickie haircuts today about 2 or 230 pm. Barbara and Dodi were the only 2 cutting hair. Barbara took a LONG time to trim a guy with VERY short hair cause she was gabbing so much. Even though there were 3 people waiting behind me, Barbara stopped far too often to chat with Dodi about some guy at Sally's Beauty Supply in Harvey that they do not care for. It was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and unnecessary to slam this person in front of us customers who really just want to get our hair cut and leave. I had originally intended to get a shampoo after my cut, but the cut took so long, and I got so depressed being in the midst of these two women complaining so much, that I opted to leave with no shampoo.
