By far, the worst customer service from KAREN in the Prenatal Clinic ever! She is rude, curt, irritated, and does not care to meet the needs of patients. You have to go through her to see the physicians at LWHA. If she hangs up on you, then oh well. I advise anyone who has a complaint to contact their COO, Tiffany Mire, who may or may not work to resolve your complaint. when i was 18 yrs old i went to this clinic and at the time was not informed of the procedure or any details of the developement of my 16 wks baby that i was going to terminate. Years later after multiple suicide attempts, drug use and a feeling of not being able to forgive myself (after finding out the truth) i am now on the road to recovery. Their friendly and warm staff made sure we were informed of the risks and helped us deal with our health in a prompt and courteous manner.
