I was just in the store for the first time today and it was a wonderful visit. Not only were the staff friendly, they also greeted and helped every person who came into the store. I was there for an hour and then some. I'm a newbie with Mac..I've used drugstore makeup for most of my life but decided to spoil myself and get an expert to help me. The wonderful Pebbles was my expert - she gave me such great customer service and was not intimidating at all (I used to have not so nice visits at the makeup counter in the department stores when I was a teen, many many years ago - this was a totally different experience from then)...Pebbles applied the makeup on one side of my face, and then I applied on the other side. I am never one to waste my time complaining about a store but I am appalled at how these women treated me. If I could rate this store a 0, I would. I came into this location and was immediately greeted in a rude and inappropriate manner. Not only did the "lady" at the front slam her keys down when I politely asked for assistance. She smacked her lips and seemed very irritated that I was "bothering her." Instead of me purchasing my items, I told her and another worker that I have never been treated in such an uncalled for manner, especially when I am a paying, loyal customer. If this was the first time it wouldn't be a big deal, but I have been disrespected at this store before and rudely hung up on. I will never go back to this location. It's just a shame at how morals and respect have gone out the window.... ...read more
