I went into the shop on Siegan Ln on July 2nd at 5:30 pm to print out three copies of archetectual drawings. I was waiting in Gia, the woman behind the counter for about 15 minutes while she patiently worked with a woman who was ordering some type of flyer and assured her she would have time to finish it by 6:30pm. When it was my turn, I asked if she could print my drawings and handed her my flash drive. She said she was only person and did not have time to assist me. Everyone knows it takes no time to plug a flash drive in, find the document and click submit to print 3Xs Gia and the girl she was helping were both black. I am a white male, and truly felt that I received poor service compared to the black girl ahead of me. I did go to the Bluebonnet store after, and the service there was excellent.
