I have one huge problem with the bluegrass cell company: Your phone insurance company. It is not worth the money the policy is printed on. I have been over 3 weeks trying to get a replacement phone that works. I have a replacement with a battery that will not charge. I called and was told one would be sent overnight mail. I could not be home so made arrangements with neighbor to recieve pkg. Was called around time battery was to be delivered to be notified that battery was not in stock. I was not at home to recieve phone call and no messaged was left. Called next day to check on status and was told, " We tried to call you and you didn't ans phone." Could not tell me why no message left. Worse part, They knew 2 days before that there were no batteries. I have been 3 weeks without service to my phone. I have not suspened my no. because I thought any day I would have a working phone. I have become aware that many Bluegrass cust are not satisifed with Signal. ...read more
