Took my car in for repairs and whenever I picked it up a piece to the car was missing. I noticed IMMEDIATELY upon leaving the shop and returning home. However, the shop was closed for the weekend. Called 1st thing Monday morning and was given the run-around! They REFUSED 2 replace the missing part and wouldn't even take ownership of the incident. Now I am out $200 to replace the part that was "lost" while in their care. Very RUDE and inconsiderate of the customers. I had hail damage on my car, went to Jack's, got a $455 estimate, the next few days my car went in to be fixed, they were quick and did an excellent job, and even surprised me with a $105 less bill to pay.
