First of all, NONE of the customer service reps can answer my question because they admit they do not know the answer. I've been trying to reach someone in Corporate to ask some questions about how Human chooses to offer Medicare Advantage plans in certain areas. I was on the phone for 2 1/2 hours and was assured that Melissa could help me out. Of course you know her voice mail came on so I will see if she even returns my call or not. I've never tried to do business with a company that made it so difficult for you to get in touch with them. Another thing, many of the numbers Humana has listed for headquarters is NOT their real numbers. We got in contract with UA in Feb, 2013. Completed 12 jobs, never got paid. Mr. Wainwright telling check is ready, on the mail, and after sending letter they have an issues blaming third party, even agreement clearly stating "you will get paid after 30 days of invoice". Nothing stated "If UA is not got paid, contractor will not get paid too." Repot them to KY BBB, KY Department of insurance and KY attorney General. Lets work together to stop this fraud!
