Seriously don't rent from here. first time we went to their office my finance said they look shady. But we were desperate to move out of our other complex. our lease was up and we were running out of time, so we decided to give them a chance the apartment looked nice had all new appliances. Been here for a month and can't stand it. The apartment is infested with roaches, so when we move we'll have to pay an exterminator just to get rid of them. We're moving out at the end of this month we have to forfeit our security deposit and pay $600 to them. They said they'd come by and spray and never showed. They said they're coming again Thursday. We'll see, I doubt it. we moved in and their were roaches. I asked them didn't you spray before we moved in. They said yes, and I said well its obviously not working so you should call an exterminator, and spray the whole building. After that, treated me rudely and like I was dumb for coming up with a notion like that. Do your self a favor move elsewhere. they'resleazy, and can already tell that something is up. I have to demand a receipt every time I go in. They will say oh I'll get one for you in just a sec. And then start talking to you and then you wind up forgetting so I made sure last time. ...read more

The apt hasn't been properly cleaned, I pulled out the stove and it was dead roaches and dead mice behind it. This area was also very trashy from the last tenant, lots of food behind there and other nick knacks the previous tenant mindlessly left behind. The stove in the apt don't work and the floor in the kitchen is coming up. Not to mention the food stuck in cracks and crevices that looks like its been there for years, and guess what else?... Of Course I can't get in touch with anyone from the maintenance dept or my property manager to make them aware of the situation. Did I forget to mention my water don't work for my washer and dryer hook ups, So if I need to wash clothes right now I would have to go to a laundry mat. Company manages the property for our Condo HOA in Louisville, KY. Letters to member of the HOA are poorly written and rude. They are just disorganized. Not enough notice is given for projects and poor communication all the way around. When I have called the company, either the person I need is not there, or has left for the day.
