The office staff is like a used car sales men, shows you a diamond, and when you actually get it it's a lemon. There completely incompentant in maintenance, office staff, they lie, it's unsafe, light fixtures hold water, 9 months and still leaking, Try to get anything done is almost impossible, took 7 months to get the shower to work, turn on by hand, turn off by foot.
