ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! - DO NOT SHOP HERE OR GET REPAIRS HERE!!!\r\n\r\nI came here to get my iPhone battery checked out (my battery seemed faulty and would die at about 80%)... I had called over and they said they could take a look at it. I left the phone with them for a couple hours and when I returned they confirmed it seemed to have a problem and offered to replace it. Assuming I could take it to Apple and get it replaced at not charge, I declined a replacement with them and payed the simple 'diagnostics' fee for them to check out my phone...\r\n\r\nMy phone battery only got worse after this visit?\r\n\r\nA while later I took it to the Apple store, they were familiar with the phones having this problem and offered to replace it free. I left the phone with them and when I came to pick it up they said they couldn't interact with the phone or replace it due to the fact it had already been 'tampered' with and replaced with a 3rd party 'cheap' battery?? I had no idea what they were talking about...\r\n\r\nThen I realized I had taken my phone HERE - I called here and asked to talk to the manager, who wasn't present. I spoke with a young man who listened to my situation and he checked their records/files to see what had been done to my phone.\r\n\r\nSURE ENOUGH, the battery had been replaced, even though it noted that i had 'declined replacement'. My payment reflected a simple diagnostics/check out fee, and reflected no new battery or replacement charge???\r\n\r\nWhoever was working with my phone that day REPLACED MY BATTERY WITHOUT PERMISSION WITH A 3RD PARTY CHEAP BATTERY AND STOLE MY NICE ORIGINAL IPHONE BATTERY!\r\n\r\nTHIS COMPANY BLATANTLY LIED TO ME AND STOLE FROM ME.\r\n\r\nThis situation has cost me a lot of money and frustration. Not having a functioning phone because of this has been a huge problem in everyday life, and I'm now having to replace what could be a perfectly good phone and paying out my pocket for it...\r\n\r\nI have not heard anything from the manager after calling that day.\r\n\r\nPlease consider going elsewhere, I cannot stress it enough! ...read more
