Kurt's proposal wasn't the cheapest I got nor the more expensive. It was the least expensive that I felt confident about. It's been a few weeks and I seem to have made a rare good condition (lots of work going on around house). I've owned businesses for many years and I was treated like I always tried to treat my customers. Good communications, keep commitments, high quality work.
