Pools Plus does a horrible job at customer service and is way overpriced! I had them clean my pool one year and they cancelled 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there then, didn't come when they said they would the next day! I had to call Pools Plus to see if they cleaned my pool because my it looked the same as it did when I left that morning! Leaves, debri still floating in my pool, water cloudy, no signs of any improvement. They told me that they had cleaned it then, tried to over charge me by $200 on the bill!!! My pool had problems all summer because it was not opened properly by Pools Plus. Pools Plus then, tried to blame the California fires on the reason my pool isn't ready for swimming! WHAT???
