Crabbs Custom Cabinets & Design

Roy Crabb did a complete remodel of our kitchen cabinets and built a mantle wall for us. He said our cabinetry was "custom" but it is not. Cabinet doors were put on pre-fabricated drawers and cabinets. The cabinet doors are warping, every seam is cracking, trim is falling off and nail holes were never filled or repainted. They were installed Aug. 29, 2017 and it is only March, 2018. Our mantle wall was installed on the last scheduled day of our remodel, Oct. 13, 2017. We hadn't seen it before that day. It looks good but was never repainted to match our white crown moulding and has a pink tone against the white. Within a week, the trim started splitting, the crown is falling, it is not flush against the wall and the seams are cracking. He also doesn't have a license to work in Arkansas and is holding our master bath granite which we have already paid $995 for. Although we have asked him to return our money, he has not and refuses to respond to any communication we send. Beware of this contractor.
