Great
Kingsland Trails Apartments is a beautiful complex. Everything is clean and it is very kid friendly. There r a mixture of young and old and everyone gets along together to make this a wonderful and safe place to live. I should know I live and have for over a year and I have children. I am very pleased with the way things are ran here and the kindness people show to their neighbors. So if you are looking for a nice place to live this would be a good choice as far as aparments go they are big and roomy.

My family loved it here
My 2 kids and I lived at Kingsland Trails for about a year and a half and loved it there. Terri, the manager, runs a tight ship. She was always on top of maintenance/cleanliness issues. Also, my least favorite thing about apartment living is pests - I DON'T DO BUGS - but we had not problem here. These apartments are exterminated regularly and the air filters are changed monthly like clockwork. I did notice a few shady types moving in just as we were on the way out, but I trust that Terri will keep things running smoothly. Highly recommended!
