By on October 28, 2013Soak a washcloth in hot salty water and hold it around your earlobe for 3 minutes. Then gently massage the lump with your fingertips. Do this every night for about a week. This often works... if maybe not right away, give it more time. ~Janet

November 02, 2013I had my ears pierced as a child. It's been YEARS... I've always had issues with left side, not closing completely but very difficult to put earring in and is easily irritated. What can I do?
By on October 15, 2013Hi Helen, many people have 1 weird side. You have to retrain by putting in high quality studs & sleep in them. Clean with alcohol & NeoSporin on Qtips while still in the ear, & gently twist back & forth. Do this once every night for 6 more weeks. It works for beginners & it worked for me too after 1 year! Make sure to clean any earrings before you insert them. Let me know if this works for you. Thanks, Janet
