I found Infoware to be a company that has earned my respect and trust. The service was rated 5 STAR for the following reasons.
1) They show up on time.
2) They don't waste any time getting to the cause of the problem.
3) They solve the problem quickly and trained our employees.
4) They didn't gouge us with a high invoice.
5) They were polite and non'condesending with some of us that are not so computer literate.
