I am so disappointed in the way that Old National in Terre Haute handled my situation that not only am I voicing it in as many places as I can find. Please note that I am not trying to be rude, I am just so frustrated that I have to say something. In a nutshell, I was told the Old National policy was to mail and place phone calls when the account became overdrawn. I overdrew on my account, and I did not become aware of it until 2 weeks later when I came into the branch to make a deposit. I did not receive a single phone call. While the situation was being rectified, or so I thought, they sent me to third party collections and now I am dealing with them. I have never been so belittled and embarrassed by someone who was supposed to have good customer service. This is, in fact, the worst customer service I have ever received and they have lost me as a customer as well as anyone else I can steer away from that bank.
