We needed a loan for $3,000. They said that was fine. We had a paid off Lincoln LS as guarantee, which they claimed they required. They then forced us to change our coverage to a higher level before even looking at our papers ($500 dollars out of pocket, we didn't need to extra coverage). After having to track them down and confront them, we finally got a answer: THEY REQUIRE A CREDIT SCORE OF 700 PLUS THE CAR AND A CO-SIGNER! Insane! If I had money here I would be seriously afraid of this bank going under. They were a ghost town. I work locally, and in talking too others have found out that they often make banking errors and others have had to move their accounts. Why bank with a bank like this? They may be closed tomorrow... By the way the person who wasted over 5 hours of our time was Jayne D. McDanie. I doubt a backwards, failing bank would want to correct this,so at least I can save people time by informing them to not even waste you time with these amateurs. ...read more
