I took my watercraft to be serviced in early Oct '08 and it took them over 6 months to fix my craft, the problem was that it would not idle. I received my watercraft back in late April '09 , with a bill over $400, after many times contacting them and Asking about when they would be done. After bringing my watercraft back to my house I took it out at a lake and my craft would still not idle. So I took the watercraft back to be fixed correctly and they said that I would be charged only if the problem part the needed to be fixed was the same part that the replaced the first time. I was called and told that the plugs where fouled, they replaced them in the first service, and that there was condensation in the cylinder which stemmed from the dealer "Lake Testing" the craft wrong. When I went to pick up the craft I was told the bill would be $125 for fixing and replacing the same items that they replaced in the first service.
