The only honest thing they told me was that they agreed the work they did on my car wasn't very good, but "It was the best they could do." I believe them that it is the best they could do, but the thing is, they SHOULD have been able to do a FAR BETTER job than they did. Seriously - was this the very first job they had ever done? A high school kid would probably have done a better job. Now I am going to have to take my car somewhere else and get the job done right. It is exceptional pleasant in this day and age to deal with a crew of people that have integrity. From the service advisors to the technicians that service your vehicle you will find outstanding professionalism.
