ok ive borrowed money from this company seversl times when i need, i have had dealt with alot of rude service, attitudes, and disrespect from this exzact place, no they dont care, no they dont try to work with you either, misty was the worst, but now that she has been let go from there instead of it just being one being rude, now they all are. long story short.. they are scam artiest and this time they have the best awaiting there next prey, if you dont read ALL that they have you sign it will get you at the end, if you really have to borrow try never to exceed what you really can afford to pay back ask questions because the more you know for yourself the less damage they can do, they are true sharks, a 300% interest rate and if you really have a nice vehical the rate can go even higher which i did know 340% outrageous i know, everyday you are late your( day rate) goes up, it feels like you will never be able to pay it all off.. anyway please be careful when going here.. ...read more

I borrowed $600 from this company.They did not disclose all the hidden fees. Interest rate compared to other title loans is much higher too!!!! found out later.I was going to be threatened when I was ONE day late!!! My payments were $216.00 a month for a year.Luckly,I was able to pay them off after 4 mo.s The pay off was over $700.Basically,You are giving them money for your title.I was always on time,except once.I sent my payment out priority mail.I called them and said I mailed it, but it may reach them one day late.I offered to give them the numbers on the money order I sent. No problem they said, we believe you. The next day(my due date), they called me."your payment is due today". I know,I called you and said it was going to be one day late and you documented it in the computer. Yes,but we still have to call you!!! "what am I supposed to do"? This is by far the worst place to ever get a loan from I have had on multiple occations because I have a sick child and his meds cost a fortune. I dont always have the money to pay for the meds and have to take a loan out. These people are the ruddiest people I have ever met they have no compassion. I have paid back ever loan I have ever taken I have never defaulted I have on many occations been late because how my paychecks fall and they refuse to work with you and we are talking its due on a Wednesday but I don't get paid unti Friday.
