Will NEVER Go to this ER again! Terrible. The receptionist was extremely nice, but the nurse and Doctor were inexcusably rude and had the bedside manner of a stick. Waited In a room without even being checked on for 1 1/2 hours while the staff sat around visiting. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. Going to the ER is the last thing I want to do, and hadn't had to go to one in in 20 years. Will drive to Grayslake if I ever have to go again. I would never recommend this ER. Staff tells you nothing as to your plan of care and the 2 "CNA"'s there were so unprofessional. One of them told me and I quote" I was going to have a litter of kittens" I know that sounds crazy but he really did say that after I had a cat scan of my stomach.
