Better Business Bureau case 94205306... I wrote to the BBB about Fox's unpaid bill from me...the BBB's response... "The Bureau does not handle matters of collection as we are not licensed in the state of Illinois to be a collection agency. We suggest (Mr. B) contact a private collection agency." The BBB considers my bill to Fox for work performed in July, 2008, unpaid since August 2008, to be a LEGITIMATE collectible! (Mara Fox has claimed it isn't!) How many OTHER unpaid bills does Fox Management have? How may creditors are they trying to avoid paying? ...read more

The greatest accomplishment our condo association has compleate was to contract Fox Management Group. Thier are to many reasons to give in this limited space so only a few will be noted. 1 Works well with board members and members of the condo. 2 Always available and returns phone calls as soon as possible. 3. Up to date on IL. CONDO ACT. as well as IL.OPEN MEETING LAWS. 4 A great responce to questions and gives options to choose from. 5. Vast knowledge of vendors for upkeep / repair of property 6.
