Stay away from Hhgregg, we purchased a refrigerator and the delivery people dropped the refrigerator when moving it to our house, they asked us not to write in the delivery form about it because they would be fired and they offered us $40 but we refused the $40. They damaged a very expensive granite medallion and a wood floor. After they left we found that the inside part from the refrigerator’s door was damaged. We had been calling the store many times and they always said that someone would call us back. They kept postponing us for 2 months and each time we were referred to different person. Finally they said that their delivery people did not dropped the refrigerator and they don’t care what we do now. They would not replace the damaged part from the refrigerator or fix the floor. We wrote in their delivery form that the floor was damaged and we are taking these crooks to court. ...read more
