This place insists on pre-authorizations on all work done. Even when you offer to pay out of your own pocket until the insurance pays .. they refuse to do the work. I was overcharged a while back and brought it to their attention and they refuse to pay me back the amount owed me. These people will rob you blind!!! We love him. My daughter who just turned 5 is always very excited to see him. She jumps on his lap and wants to hug him the whole visit. My husband and I are against circumcision and vaccines. Dr. Ettner was just fine with that. As for vaccines our children get the least amounts possible. He is great at homeopathic remedies for everything we've asked. He picks up the business phone even if it's Saturday at 9PM (I think he has the phone calls sent to his cell). He truly has been a pleasure to work with and we fully trust that our children are in great hands with him.
