This is the worst auto insurance company. Do NOT do business with them. They do not return phone calls even after months of calling, and they treat you like dirt. They will also make you go to one of their shops to get subpar work done, and since you end up getting ridiculous low ball estimate from their own shops, you can't afford to get the work done anywhere else unless you pay for it yourself.
