kevin's towing along with carnaghi towing are part of what i believe is a ilegal towing monopoly in danville il. not only do thay pay buisnesses to have your car towed if you leave them there for a small amount of time but thay suddenly jumped from around 45$ / 65$ to 300$ to get your car returned. even if you are a licenced driver you do not get the option of having your car picked up by a friend or picking the lowest price or towing company of your choice when stoped by by the danville,georgetown, or westville police. and for those of you who cannot afford the 300 plus proof of insurance plus other city and storing cost (usually the local middle and lower class citizens ) thay simply take your car sometimes worh thousands sell it and laugh all the way to the bank keeping not only what you supossedly owe but all 100% off the proceeds. this has to be be ilegal why can't some of the cheaper towing companys be alowwed city towing contracts ? why cant you call the company of your choice ? why do all the companys the cops call cost 12 times the cost of some other local companys ? why cant on certain misdormeaner or fine only offences you be able to have you car drove or towed home by a friend ,family member,or tow company of your choice ? any lawers or aldermen out there that can help our citizens against these questionable and unjust laws desighned to take advantage of the poor and make life even tougher for our citizens ? ...read more

My car broke down and I needed a tow. I did a google search on my phone to find a quick towing company. When the driver showed up, he was extremely rude and smelled strongly of alcohol. I decided I did not need his service and I would call another company. The driver became beligerant and started screaming and threatened to call the police. I told him to go ahead because I want tp see him pass a sobriety test. He got in his truck and sped off, almost hitting another car. He ran a yellow light up the road and had to swerve to avoid hitting another car that was turning into a gas station. I decided to wait on a different company with a sober, polite driver! He was a danger to everyone on the roads. I did call the police and reported him. ...read more
