We were stuck in a loading zone at Broadway and Diversey in 90 degree heat and needed a jump start. I gave detailed information about our car and location and was promised someone would be there within 20 minutes. Not only did nobody ever come, but after it was clear they were considerably late, we called another 7 or 8 times to confirm the ETA or at least check to see if someone was still coming and nobody would answer! We couldn't leave our car because we were in a loading zone, and we sat there and baked, calling around trying to find someone else to help us. We can be confident nobody came because we never left our car for the whole 2 hours we were waiting until we were helped (by someone else-- nobody from this company EVER came). It is one thing to run late, but it is quite another to actually stand someone up and refuse to answer the phone for them to at least explain where you are, especially in heat like this. ...read more
