My family made reservations for a table of 11, 3pm Easter Sunday. I am so sorry to say it was my worst experience in a restaurant. First there was not a sign posted as to where to enter into the restaurant. When you finally figured out what door to go in, you were cramed in a "coat room" with customers blocking the entrance into the restaurant. We absolutely couldn't move. No sign of a hostess directing the people as to where to sit. Total disorganization among the staff. Tables jammed up against each other. 20 minute wait in line to get up to the buffet table. Then the buffet table was not restocked which added to the confusion and caused a long line through out the restaurant. Waitresses and bus boys rudely shoving their way through the lines of customers ... and when you finally were able to get a plate of food, everything was cold ...utter chaos.
