this used to be a very good place to shop at. i will never shop at cub foods again after my last visit a few days ago. i love the products that you have , and you have the best produce in town, but what i absolutely hate is the service from the employees. some of the people that you have working for this particular store are very rude and extremely unprofessional. the past three times that i have been in this particular store the people at the customer service counter have been rude. they are there to serve the customers but lately i have had the worst service that i have ever experienced at cub foods. well let me correct myself. there is one person in particular that has been rude and it has been every time that i have shopped there. i feel that if someone is going to work customer service, he needs to be customer friendly. i believe he has the title as assistant manager of customer service and i honestly do not understand how he got that position because he is extremely rude ...read more
