We had originally hired another local inspection company they found a problem with the roof. The sellers said they repaired the roof. we call the inspector for a re-inspect of the repair. he said he was busy and would have to get back to us after several days with no call back . we found inspect-it on merchant . the inspector viewed the repair in the attic and informed us we had mold . we were so shocked cause the other inspector never mentioned it so we had him review the entire home.
