We've moved cross-country a number of times, so we have experience with moving companies. None have been perfect, but most have been OK. But not Planes -- they win the title of "worst". They packed our stuff in Chicago for our move to Atlanta. We couldn't be there on move-out day, so we didn't get to supervise -- not that it would have done any good. These guys apparently just tossed things into boxes. The couldn't be bothered to plastic-wrap things like the leather couch. When we unpacked on the other end, nearly every box was crushed.
