I discontinued attending this gym back in May. I had a contract that had expired in January, 2010. I spoke with the front desk as the office is only staffed for business from 9-4. I was given bad information by this staff, who in my opinion are REPRESENTATIVES of the company. If you can't rely on the employees, who do you ask???? Anyhow, I received no statements until a notice this past week stating that I was about to be sent to collections! For what, I called to see. I was supposed to sign a termination form apparently. I'm very frustrated and annoyed right now that I am being held responsible for misinformation on their part. It's the best gym in town, but having said that, that's not great. The highlight is the childcare, which is free to members. The amentities such as steam room and jacuzzi are usually busted alternately. Cleanliness is spotty. The staff is nice. ...read more
