We have family in Orange City and have gone in (unfortunately) each time we have been there, about 5 or 6 times. The staff is rude, service is poor, and the coffee is marginal. Since it is a small town, most people probably figure "you get what you get". This place is a joke - they need a Starbucks in town (consistent service and good coffee) to put them out of business. If you are visiting, drive over to Sioux Center and get coffee at Casey's Bakery, or drive over to LeMars and visit Habitue. ...read more
