I would recommend everyone stay away from this gentlemen if at all possible. I contacted Mr. Sacco to have a custom ring made from an old one that I had. He said he could do it, agreed to terms, a cost, and a design. Mr. Sacco violated the terms of the agreement, took a ring of greater value, returned one of lesser value, and did not do the design correctly. He didn't even cut the stones himself, though claiming to have tons of experience of doing that exact kind of work himself. The work was farmed out to another, and the stones were the wrong size. When the ring was sent back, there were horrible gaps, and stones were held in by glue. That's not the worst of it. Mr. Sacco swindled the person who referred me to him for an ADDITIONAL $1000 without our approval. Which was also a violation of our terms of agreement. I also had asked Mr Sacco if the ring could be fixed, and he said he couldn't fix the ring HE DESIGNED. There have to be more reliable jewelers and artisans on the island.
