Sells defective products and once they have your money good luck in getting any customer service. Once they have your money you can not get a refund even if the products are defective. So bad, even there delivery guys tells the customer that they are told to lied to get the customer to accept the defective goods but they know better and refused to lied for the company. ...read more

I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER OF WHOLESALE MATTRESS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A QUEEN SIZE BED 4 YEARS AGO. THIS WAS FOR MY YOUNG SON. I WAS TOLD THAT THE BED HAD A 10 YEAR WARRENTY ON IT. IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM JUST BRING IT BACK. WELL, 4 YEARS LATER THE BOX SPRING JUST BROKE IN HALF SUDDENLY. WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME ONLY THE MATTRESS WAS COVERED. IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID SO MUCH FOR THEIR TOP OF THE LINE BED. NOW WE HAVE TO BUY ANOHTER BOX SPRINGS...BUT..NOT FROM THEM. THE MANAGER WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL , LOUD AND COCKY.
