supervisor in geek squad does not know how to deal with the customer he must understand and be more patient to customers ,he should know that their clients was disappointed due to defects of new electronics, he will ask you to buy expensive 280 dollars antivirus software and if you have no idea you will listen to smart pretending supervisor he will not give you other options on how to resolve your problem he is only thinking of how to get money from you. if i listen to him its like i pay 200 to 280 dollars for he is saying that only his expensive software will eliminate my laptop virus in the end i found out that i can fix my computer only by restoring the original setting everything is back and works normally 1star is not worth to the supervisor liability of the company sorry to say but its true
