Bought a radio from these people off of Ebay and it said it was "tested and every function worked" but the CD player locked up on the first try, showed an error message, and the face was damaged right out of the box. Sent it back the same day for them to repair it. They had the unit back in their hands 5 1/2 weeks ago today, still waiting for the repair. For the last 15 days they would not even respond. I just opened a case with Ebay today. You can do that even if it is after the 30 day protection period. On or about Jan 26th 2010 I won the action for a 2005 Acura Radio on eBay. The item was paid for via paypal for $161.00 and according to email records the item shipped. Upon receiving the radio it was not installed until 20 days after the arrival of the shipment. Upon installation the radio was found to be broken. During this time I called and emailed and called and was always given the runaround. I finally was given an RMA #. The item was shipped back via USPS with delivery receipt Now they clain they never got it From 6-2-10 until 6-23-11 the company Discount OEM Radios in Ga has not returned calls nor have they worked to solve this issue. The reason for this complaint is this company continues to this day to defraud consumers by selling radios that are knowingly defective and or alleged to be stolen from other areas. I had heard a lot of good things about this place, so I decided this is where I wanted to go for my birthday. We got there early so thw wait wasn't long. The parking lot was full of cars from out of town, mostly the Atlanta metro area. \t\n\t\nWe ordered our drinks and they came out quick. We then placed our order and the waitress told us she would be right back with bread. We went to the salad bar. The salad bar was good, small but with a good selection.\t\n\t\nOur steaks were served soon after we finished our salads. The ribeyes we were served were bland. No seasoning or marinate. At these prices I feel I should not need steak sauce, but these ribeyes were just plain tastless. They just toss the meat on the grill. But the biggest disappointment was that we had ordered primerib.\t\n\t\nWe asked the waitress if this was theri prime rib becasue it looked like ribeyes. She didn;t know one steak from another, but said she would get someoen else to some out. A lady came out, and even before she got to the table, before even looking at out steaks she started assuring us that these were indeed primeribs. I told her if this is primerib its the worst primerib I had ever had. My wife asked the waitress to check on what she had written down. The waitress had written down ribeye.\t\n\t\nSo not only had they served us the wrong steaks they lied to us about it. They were not going to admit their mistake. They offered to bring us prime rib. We told them that since ribeye was on our ticket we would be paying for ribeye, we would eat them and go. My wife asked about the bread the waitress was going to bring and was being served to everyone elase around us. She finally did bring us some rolls. Was sent a defective radio. Sent the radio back and was told a replacement could not be found and I would be refunded my money. Once they had the radio back and had my money they quit talking to me. Still waiting for my money after 6 months. Company refuses to respond to my phone calls or answer my emails. Also does not respond to paypal, the better business bureau or ebay.
