Bought a radio from these people off of Ebay and it said it was "tested and every function worked" but the CD player locked up on the first try, showed an error message, and the face was damaged right out of the box. Sent it back the same day for them to repair it. They had the unit back in their hands 5 1/2 weeks ago today, still waiting for the repair. For the last 15 days they would not even respond. I just opened a case with Ebay today. You can do that even if it is after the 30 day protection period. Go look at these guys on the BBB website where you will see an "F" rating and lots of interesting comments.... ...read more

They ship damaged products and then you have to fight for a refund and then they still do not pay for return shipping on their error. Avoid them at all costs. I have filed complaints with ebay, which they will loose and they are still fighting them. All over a few dollors in shipping. ...read more
