A few months ago I brought my mentally disabled aunt, who happens to be on a fixed ince, here to purchase a washer. She quickly found ome she loved and we negotiated what I felt was a fair price. We chose to pay the minimal delivery and set up fee because it was so convenient. We also opted to sell them the old washer for 25 bucks or so. By the end of the day she was excitedly giving it a try. It was apparent that the water lines were connected backwards but Within moment water began to flood her laundry room. She immediately called me and I of course called Joe at Redo. He agreed to go out there and fix the issues. I later revieve a call from Joe stating that they corrected the lines and the "leaking" was actually a drainage problem because the house was old. I reminded him that the old washer didn't have a drainage problem and the house was just as old then.
