I went for the first time and got Jordin. She was nice, but clearly didn't know what she was doing. Her cutting technique was so messy. After I payed I noticed a big chunk of hair that was about 3 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. It was right in front of my ear and it's very noticeable! I just don't understand how someone who went to beauty school could make a mistake that bad!! Never going back there!!! Definitely not worth the $40 plus tip. ...read more

I purchased a pair of earrings for $10.99 at this store, later that night I took one earring off the the card it's attach too and the round piece the long stem goes through instantly broke in my hands,never got the opportunity to try them on, it was a defect from the manufactory. I took them back to exchange them....they ran me out of the store....I called the police,and they told me it was a civil matter.....what a RIP-OFF.....they are just like common thieves~ What business wouldnt exchange the item esp. if it was a defect.......
