I've lived here 5 years and I have a Beautician's license. Rincon beauty is pretty well stocked in almost every area of beauty needs. I use to enjoy going to the store when the owners ran the store. They were friendly and made you feel welcome. But now they have a younger african american girl running the store. When I went in there she said hi but was talking to the gentlemen leaning over the counter trying to make "the moves" on her the entire time. It makes you feel very uncomfortable being in there plus it's very unprofessional. She wasn't the nicest ringing out but nice enough. So, about 4 months later I went in again. There was 2 african american guys standing in front of the doors that while I was shopping kept poking their heads in to talk to this same girl. I guess it's a pick up joint now?
