Angie's Cleaners

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Angie's Cleaners. My wife recently dropped off a comforter. The cleaning took more than a week longer than promised. We finally picked it up and payed the $35 cleaning fee but when we got it home, not only did it still have spots and stains on it, all of the stuffing was in a wad in the middle. When I returned with the comforter to ask what happened, I was informed that the problem was a manufacture defect and that I should take it back to the store to get it replaced. I then asked for a refund on the cleaning fee (since the comforter wasn't clean and was destroyed) Angie refused to refund my money and said "I don't have 100% customer satisfaction policy on my door." The fact that they let me pay for the cleaning service and didn't even mention that they had destroyed my comforter until I returned to the store was very upsetting. My advice, don't take you clothes here and don't bother trying to be "satisfied" with their service. ...read more
