Green's Seamless Guttering

We hired Green's to replace all damaged gutters at 3 of our homes and install corrective doiwnspouts to defuse the water. There is one problem where a downspout drains into a lower level gutter rather than directly away from the house. We asked that they make the correction as the gutters trmendously flood when it rains. They were already paid for all of the work in excess of $2,500. They will not fix the issue without charging $175 plus materials. This is outrageous as they were already paid to do a job.
